Logic
is by far my favorite musician. The picture above is from his newest mix tape
release and I recommend it to all who enjoy meaningful lyrics or music in
general. His music is very deep and always has a message behind it. Everyone can
find something to love in his songs. The first song I picked is one of my
favorites because it is all about not taking crap from anyone and being the
best you can be. It is very energetic and a good song to listen to put you in a
good mood. The second song Under pressure is one of his deeper songs. I picked
this because the song addresses problems he has had as he grew up, and everyone
can relate to it because everyone has hardships to go through. The third and fifth song correlate together
as they are all about not giving up and striving forward no matter what. This
is very relevant to me and other college students as we have to cram and study
for quizzes and tests as well as the other challenges of college. Even many of
the songs do not cover normal problems that people has he raps about them as a
humble person making it very relatable and enjoyable. The last song, Till the
End might be my favorite because it is just about having a good time and being
yourself no matter what happens in life. Not only does it give those positive
messages, but talks about how we should not give up on our dreams and what we
love. As cliché as it sounds it is done in a very good way and describes me
very well because I am always looking to make my life experiences fun and
exciting. I also try to pursue what makes me happy and to not give up when
obstacles are set up in my path.
